judgeThe City had its turn to deliver final arguments in the lawsuit brought on by a group of Abbotsford’s homeless.

Lawyer James Yardley argued that while barriers do exist for some, especially those with addictions, many choose to live in camps rather than seek a shelter.

Yardley says there are more housing options than just the emergency shelter, 25 spaces provided by the Salvation Army and spots only open during extreme weather.
