Yesterday afternoon at approximately 1:00 pm, a citizen located what appeared to be human bones in a field in the 1600 block of Riverside Road.  Abbotsford Police Patrol officers, Forensic Identification members, Major Crime detectives and BC Coroner Services attended the scene. APD is in the earliest stages of this investigation. Additional information will be available as further forensic work is completed and the investigation progresses.
