The Annual General Meeting of the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at The Quality Hotel & Conference Centre – 36035 North Parallel Road, Abbotsford. The meeting will be called to order at 12:01 pm.

Nominations are now open for 5 available spots for Director on the Chamber Board (2 year terms beginning April 1, 2020).

Nominations
If you are a voting member in good standing you are eligible to run for Director.
If you are interested in letting your name stand for election, please contact La Vonne Bandsma
lavonne@abbotsfordchamber.com and she will provide you with the application package.
Nominations from the membership at large require the signatures of two voting members in good standing as well as that of the nominee.
In addition, a brief bio (200 words) and a headshot are required.
Nominations for Director from the membership at large deadline for completed nominations is February 21, 2020

Val Litwin, CEO BC Chamber of Commerce
