dennis kellyFor the first time since the program started back in 1987, Dennis Kelly won’t be on the sidelines with the W.J. Mouat football team.

Kelly is taking a position with Simon Fraser University but says he thinks the program will be in good hands.

“We had a pretty good group of juniors. There’s a pretty good crew there, Travis Bell will be the head coach. And there’s a few other teachers here that will be helping.”

Kelly’s teams won three provincial titles, but he says his biggest highlight is just seeing the kids develop as players.

Kelly says Mouat has had 55 all-province players in his 28 years on the sidelines.
