Strange sounds were heard and captured on video by a resident from a couple days ago.

Almost two years ago, there were similar strange sounds in Terrace leading to speculation as to what the noise could be.  Back in September, 2013, the City of Terrace said one of their city employees was responsible for the strange noise when a grader blade was used. Now this mysterious trumpet-sound was heard again!
